It seems that America is growing and I don't mean in population. I guess the better way to phrase it is "AMERICANS are growing" (but that's just not quite as catchy of a title) I will be exploring trends, myths, statistics, and opinions in hopes of defining and then solving this "National Epidemic" or so they say.
